Sounds like your antivirus is sand boxing it. disable your antivirus and then dl and re install it. then install avanst or avg. they aren't as paranoid of every .EXE file on your pc as alot of these paid anti virus memory hog apps

I have used avast and avg since having your games installed and i don't receive any false positives

Looks like there is a few games on the above list i posted that Westwood didn't take part in since they merged with virgin Interactive in 92 and virgin sold out to EA in 98. Wiki claims the last westwood employee left Ea in 03 right after Generals was released.

Amokk, after trying many different ones i decided on Bandi Cam. It doesn't us a lot of system resources. It has never crashed on me. Nice friendly UI. The videos get recorded as mpeg-4 so the video size is small. Has a built in video editor that allows you to do basic tweaks such as video speed. Its deff worth checking out if you haven't found that recorder you like yet
