XCC mixer glitching

for some reason whenever I try to extract/copy something from XCC mixer (lets say an icon) the copy is completely the wrong colour and when loaded in RA it doesn't show any icon.

Does anyone know why it's doing this?

you need to make sure you have selected the right colour pallet.

this isnt making any sense

I even downloaded a new version and such but still same error.

 

Plus it was working fine before and suddenly its gone completely.

 

EDIT: its working now. the installation was messed up slgihtly by my computer protection and anti-virus n stuff. And the file I was trying to copy is a bit broken anyway.

Hmm. I have this problem but this might be able to fix it
