djjammin1337
So i just had a game and as usual i get the n00b as an ally. The guy moves his MCV right up to my spot, unpacks it, then out of nowhere he unpacks like 3 more... Literally 3 construction yards right next to each other. It was a normal aftermath map, no mods just standard... Could he have got three in crates maybe?? He got killed not long after and just basically sucked the rest of the game so i'm pretty sure he wasn't hacking... I tried to get a screenshot but when i pasted it into paint it was all bleh. Anyone ever seen this?
Jacko
they were almost certainly fake construction yards that are completely useless and only the allies can build them.
djjammin1337
LOL i didnt even think anyone would build the fake ones so i put it down to HAX... so my streak of terrible allies has reached its peak... he also had a pond outside his base (literally the size of a pond) and he built a naval yard and gunboats XD
Jacko
Any allied moron just finds water and builds ships at the start.... and then they wonder why they die...
X3M
Carriers would have been a more logical option Or destroyers for a special anti air corner.
Nyerguds
A bit of a side note, but may be interesting to know... I tried to get a screenshot but when i pasted it into paint it was all bleh. cnc-ddraw adds ctrl+s as screenshot saving shortcut Though, even without cnc-ddraw, I noticed that you can save screenshots using the MS Office clipboard. The trick is odd but it works: -Open MS Word before starting the game, and keep it open (essential. If it's not open the Office Clipboard won't be active) -After pressing print screen ingame, switch to MS Word, and paste the pic there. From my experience, the palette is preserved this way. -Right-click on the image you pasted, and select "Save as Picture" Carriers would have been a more logical option Carriers? In RA1?
