It would be easy to wrap around the NICKSERV and solve a lot of problems, or use some type of web authentication. I am continuously hearing about people using other people's names. Maybe something similar wouldn't be a bad idea, or better yet, maybe limit it to two logs, but allow them to delete one and make a new one every month if they so choose, but at least they would only have two logs during each month period.
