Private Message Issues

Since the forum updates, there are people that cannot receive private messages.

Can someone look into this?

Admins: PM me for details if needed, please.

I just checked, it was set to 150 messages max, I changed now to 300

Maybe inbox was full?

Still not working, and says you cannot receive PMs either

I have my pms disabled for a long time, it's normal that you can't send aynthing to me

 

Is there also someone else you can't send to?

Yes, someone that I messaged regularly until the update.  PM me for details, please.

(cannot message them from any account as of update)

What message does it show when you try to send a pm?

To what username you want to send?

Funky's got PM's disabled. PM me the user I'll check. It could be their inbox is full.

The users inbox is at 2,035 messages, out of the allowed 300. (Hence why he can't receive any)

Any way we can increase the limit to what it was before, ... 'grandfathered in' rofl

I've sent a message to him and linked to this topic. He'll need to clear some messages out, 2k is too many.
