Connection Error While playing Tiberian Sun

Twice in a row now me and my mate have been playing a online game of Tiberian Sun,

Both time we have had a connection error just before i was about to attack the enemy base about 1.5hrs into it which then kicks us out of the game together leaving us on our own, anyone else had this issue as it is really annoying as we are yet to successfully finish a game together.

Are you playing with or agains AI players? That could be the cause of the recon errors.

Another cause of recon errors is if you have different files. To fix that you could both do /reset in the game lobby to reset your files back to normal.

Alternatively you can use the ts-client which has an auto-save feature that will allow you to reload a save game if it goes into recon.
