Hello, You can play online and skirmish using our client - https://cncnet.org/red-alert-2 It will auto-install into your game directory and allow you to play like everyone here. There is a Red Alert 2 mode which emulates RA2. When you create a game you can tick the checkbox that says Red Alert 2. That's the easiest way. If you want to play RA2 without CnCNet you can apply some of the fixes like ddraw wrapper yourself http://bitpatch.com/ddwrapper.html
