Hello sorry for the late reply. Sounds like your antivirus is moving the cncnet files into quarantine. Add an exception to CnCNet and it should then be fine.

Delete the file "version" found in your game directory, and re-launch CnCNetYRLauncher, it should download the latest update. -

Wow. Let me check a fresh install and get back to you. This initially looks like a botched updated though. A fresh install works fine. Could you try doing the following: Delete the file "version" in your game directory Download the latest installer https://cncnet.org/yuris-revenge, and re-run the installer. Make sure when the updates are applied that it fully completes and you don't hit cancel. Also ensure no anti-virus software could be blocking the downloads.

They got back to me, and it's not an issue with GameSurge. They indicated it could be an issue with your ISP or DNS. The only way around it I guess is to change your DNS. HOWEVER, please do your research before hand and be warned I have no idea if it will work, and we take no responsibility for anything that goes wrong. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/quick_set_dns.html
