  1. Some of the trees do seem a bit washed out yeah. Especially the ones with white pixel edges. Making them a tiny bit darker and darkening the edges slightly should be good Will this be available for C&C? :O
  2. Thanks for doing that Allen. It will help Tschokky remap the animated water when he gets to it. I did want to ask, what was with the jagged edges on the cliff shore?

  4. Unfortunately, like regular tiberium (I'm geussing, it's like rows of little green bunches). It doesn't matter with this mission in particular though as the player doesn't have production buildings.
  5. Haha fortunately that map is quite clever. It's all about the player manipulating an ally to fight for them--they aren't meant to go on the field themselves. But yeah! And thanks mate! This is a copy/paste of my todo list: - maps: COA7, USA (make a new better mission), BRU2, BRU3, BRU4, JAP1, Defiance - interior theatre - cast chris brutal and novak and record sounds - Questionstalk/questionspire icons - questionspire fire sound - chemical warhead explosion and mouse icon - movies - japan stuff - rocket pod - urban civie buildings -- have a few of the temperate ones replace the fields! -- good for cuba mission -- also just go through the maps and double check what's being used -- one or two more civvie buildings I think
  6. Haha I did them by hand! Can't really be helped though I suppose. It's good enough for the one level they appear in, haha Good news is that bar a cameo which should take me all of 2 minutes this economy is done! Woo! Dancing charmanders in the streets.

  10. As far as the palette choice goes, I agree I can't speak for RA, but for C&C a good half of the palette changes on theatre just for the terrain. Just a thought! Water cliffs: There seems to be a few brighter pixels creating a bit of a jagged effect there. Would it be possible to smooth those out?

  12. Four things: 1. I love the plants and the cliffs! Especially the cliffs with all the things growing on them. 2. Did you make the trees yourself or did you take them from other games? If they are taken from other games, are they from abandonware like C&C? 3. Is this using the C&C temperate palette or are you making your own? I highly suggest making your own if you have the ability is that way you can get the actual proper colours you want rather than best matching. 4. I agree with the others that the grass seems a bit too blue for me. When I think of jungle I think of dark green grass, like really lush, or perhaps like go the other way entirely and go barren dirt, with the trees and shrubs adding as the foilage.
  13. Yeah remember this is C&C, really the only air units are choppers and airstrikes, and units have no hope of shooting down A10s.
  14. Ha wow! I must admit I never quite worked out what that building was trying to be. Still, funny how I managed to get C&C style right. When I get through some more websites I should be able to get on to doing some tar pits.
  15. Currently I think I might be good with just the tear gas guys, and perhaps a rocket based defensive structure, like a mini AGT.

  17. ...no ideas? The only idea I have had so far is doing something completely different, like two different colour civilian cars that drive around aimlessly on the city maps. EDIT: I think I have a workable idea now. Tear gas units. Could work as an alternative to flamethrowers. I'd probably want to come up with something else as well though, to make them truly unique. Still, trying, haha

  19. Either or is fine. Really the more the merrier, I can take or leave what I don't particularly like. Dawn of Tomorrow is set present day though, and so far the only sci-fi element is genetic engineering.
  20. I will eventually make a better questionstalk icon when I get to making movies for my mod, but otherwise, why not. I'll see if I can do some shps up for you tonight. Working on a picture at the moment. (That tiberium stalk is just a questionstalk that's been remapped to not be skin colour)

  22. Hi there guys, What do you think would work as a unique unit for Japan? And the same for Cuba? I have two unit slots free and am thinking it'd be fun to spice things up a bit. Let me know.
  23. Curious... are there any other cameos that have been done of the biolab? I need one myself and was wondering what was available base image wise. (not to devalue your work Allen of course! I just call mine something different and would like mine to look as evil as possible)
