just found a bug, the game limits cant be changed inside of maps sadly .. it only works via the rules.ini file directly since the game loads those on the first start only also, you forgot to add the section name [Maximums] always make sure to add the name of the section first and below the keys, else it wont work ! In this case it doesnt really matter since the limits cant be changed anyways, just so you know it the next time you create a map hehe example for the .ini format: [section] Key=Value this wont work: Aircraft=10000000 Anim=100 Building=50000000 Bullet=50 Factory=32000000 ; 32 is minimum for 8 player game Infantry=50000000 Overlay=1 ; special case -- only needs one Projectile=2000000 ; projectile types, not actual projectiles Smudge=1 ; special case -- only needs one Team=60 TeamType=60 Template=1 ; special case -- only needs one Terrain=500 ; trees and rocks TrigType=80 ; trigger types Trigger=200 ; triggers themselves Unit=50000000 Vessel=10000000 Warhead=10000000 ; warhead types, not actual warheads Weapon=5500000 ; weapon types, not actual weapons

if you got the game from www.redalert1.com then you probably need to enable the aftermath maps in the config tool -

k, if it goes oos withing 5mins then its really not good Well, you can maybe add all kinds of stuff to interior mix and it doesnt go oos when all other players got the same files too .. i never tested that My tests were different, i tested to add files while other players didnd had these files (to make sure its compatible to 3.03) -

sry didnt check it out yet, maybe ill do it tomorrow how often do you get the oos ? oos are normal in ra online games, its impossible to get rid of them 100% try to play 10 games with 15minutes each, if only one goes oos then its pretty much ok -

Alright, i will take care about those 2 flaws. Im sure some people will help testing the oos issues, i let you know if they're still present Yes i thought about a very small download too, wanted to make it about the same size as the mini TD and RA for cncnet5 (6mb and 9mb). Desert and winter are stable, people already made some maps and the theaters are also included with cncnet5 i will check it out today and let you know! -

the game has 7 different original speeds and what cn2mc said is true, if someone plays online since 10+ years he will beat you at any speed without any doubt

the game speed settings have never been changed since 1996, thats how westwood created it (it's all original!)

yes the lobbies are separated at the moment

in the old lobby it is always random, you will need to use the new lobby iran linked to be able to choose the starting location

that happens sometimes, if you are playing on cncnet4 (old lobby) then a game restart will help to solve this problem .. but all other players need to restart the game too!

The string tables have been updated! All missing strings have been added (including tooltips) Translators needed! im using the code from sonars cnc repo, but the spawner code on there is broken so i used another exe as base
