Where did Tiberian Dawn came from

Umm, I wonder where did the Game Title "Tiberian Dawn" came? (Curiousity lead me to posting this topic) Honestly.

The original readme included on the Covert Ops CD (v2.7 of the official C&C readme document) had these sections on Tiberian Sun and Red Alert, both mentioning the name:
