Start again Launcher

So I installed the Quicklauncher

BUT: ZH is starting...

I don't know how to solve this problem.

ZH works fine, but I know that I would love Tiberium Redux.

PLZ help me so I can play this game :)

Sorry for my bad gramma, I am a German.

Special Greetings from over the sea ;)

Tiberium Redux

You mean Tiberian Dawn Redux? :P

Anyways have you tried running the launcher as administrator? And are you sure you installed TDR into the right folder?

Yes I think so

I installed to the ZH Folder:

Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Command & Conquer Die ersten 10 Jahre\Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour

As I installed TDR ;) I took the same Folder.

Yes I tried to run the TDR Launcher as Admin...

Now I deinstalled ZH from System -> deinstalled TDR -> erased all files -> Restart -> Install ZH new -> Restart -> Installing TDR

It shows me the launcher and says that the access of the following Datas is denied.

Here is my englisch translation of the Text which the Launcher has shown:

Welcome to the CNC Tiberian Dawn Redux EVA Database Console

Your EVA Units is standing by for user verfication . . .

If user is found unable to validate, this program will terminate immediately!

Data\Scripts\MultiplayserScripts.scb - access denied

Data\Scripts\Scripts.ini - access denied

Data\Scripts\Skirmishskripts.scb - access denied

access denied

Press a key . . .

Always run the launcher as administrator and with Windows XP compatibility mode.

If I make a rightclick on the launcher(s) it makes a grey backscreen and asks "Are u sure..." So I click yes.

It seems to be that it works... But just for a second. Then the Process breaks away from screen and it seems to be, that I'd never click on the launcher. Windows works fine. No Problems.

The Same thing by using the quicklauncher.

If I make a rightklick and use the Datamenue, cause of setting "always as Admin" <- The small box is just grey and I cant make my little hook for it.

Well, Smoo if you forget something in your post please don't post multiple posts after each other use the edit button. ;)

As for your problem: The launcher is bugged but you can still play TDR

Go to your ZH folder find these files:

and rename them to:

If those files are not there then you are either looking at the wrong folder or have not installed TDR.

Edit: Another alternative is to go to your Zero Hour folder and start Command & Conquer Tiberian Dawn Redux Starter.bat and see if that makes any difference.

But if it is pure nostalgia you are after follow godly-cheese's advice ;)
