What render mod should i chose? on default i have really jagged game play (win10x64)

DDrawcompat, or TS-DDraw - or maybe another?

BTw (aslo which is the best for twisted ressurection?)

And what is the difference between them?

The best one is the one that works the best for you!

For me DDrawcompat is the best on windows 10.

There are many differences... TS-DDraw is using opengl rendering for example, while DDrawCompat is only modifying some parameters passed to the real DirectDraw dll

That's weird, I thought most of the DirectDraw functionality was removed in Windows 10.
At least according to some articles...

Yep, I have heard the same, that direct draw is removed in win10 and there is some kind of an emulator

And what does quality option means? I tried  middle and high and have not noticed any difference..

Its very minor but things like Tesla Reactors or power plants no longer animate on low. I don't know what's different for MO.

That's normal. They don't animate on low power.
