  1. Yay! Finally.
  2. Update! A new map has been added! Xel'Naga Caverns (6P)! (Later renamed to Adjacent Battles)
  3. Not that big of a deal anyway. I'd rather not update a map just to change some trees.
  4. Disable "Back buffer in Video Memory" in ccsetup.exe (or rasetup.exe) which and be found in your C&C95/RA1 directory.
  5. You really didn't have to put in the work for that, kinda pointless because I tell people to delete them if they have them already. And mostly new players don't have them so it's not an issue really.
  6. Update! All of the maps are now contained in one file which can be downloaded under the "Downloads" section above. Hopefully that will make it easier! Enjoy!
  7. Well, you're the only one who seems to be having that affect. If you watch my YouTube video (which is below), in the beginning. It only takes about 5 seconds for the game to smoothen out. It's maybe something on your end. But the whole thing isn't really that big of a deal... Video removed... go to my YouTube for my latest CnCNet videos.
  8. No, it is not. This is just simply for people who want to play with their friends along with people on CnCNet. So it's kind of combining the two.
  9. Update! A new map has been added! Heavy Metal (6P)!
  10. Update to your latest video drivers.
  11. Try this...
  12. Finished... for now. The guide may be updated very often, so some things may change overtime.
  13. That's quite true. I find the AJAX chat much more effective. Anyway we can bash Tore to give us it back?
  14. Last update was on January 30, 2010 at 7:31 PM CT. This is outdated since CnCNet 3.0 is different from early versions, do not use this anymore. Table of Contents I. REQUIRED STEPS 1 - Patching/Installing the Game 2 - Port Forwarding 3 - CnCNet Configuration 4 - Hosting/Joining a Game Patching/Installing the Game 1) If you have The First Decade, install this patch. Your version of Tiberian Dawn will be outdated if you installed it. If so, download and install the latest patch, and then its hotfix in that order. 1.1) If you don't even have the game yet, you can download Tiberian Dawn here, and Red Alert here (remember to download and install the latest patch and its hotfix for Tiberian Dawn in that order). Port Forwarding 2) Assuming that you've port forwarded before, create another port entry and this time. Port forward port 8053 protocol UDP. Here's an example of what mine looks like. CnCNet Configuration 3) First off, you're going to have to download the CnCNet.ini file on your friend's computer and then place it into their Tiberian Dawn and/or Red Alert directory. It should look like this. 3.1) After that, download the correct .dll file according to your game, and put it into your friend's Tiberian Dawn and/or Red Alert directory. Hosting/Joining a Game 4) Ok, we have everything setup correctly. Now we can either host a game, or join someone elses game on CnCNet. 4.1) Play and have fun! And that's an order soldier! I truly hope that this was easy enough to follow. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to post a reply below. 15. Lmao, that ddd guy has some serious issues. It's sad though that he used the same line like 13 times. Poor guy needs to go to therapy.
  16. I don't know exactly what file the movies are stored in but what you can do is transfer the file through your network (at my house, I have a folder that all of my computers can access). Hopefully someone will come by and tell ya what file the movies are stored on.

    OpenRA problem

Um, nobody here knows anything of OpenRA. Wrong site. Try this...
  18. Update! A new map has been added! Steppes of War (6P)!
  19. I believe I changed his protocol to UDP when I used TeamViewer with him.
  20. Well, you did stay on-topic unlike most people. O_o Yea, if you just use your stealth tank that you get in the beginning to scout around, you'll eventually find the church.
  21. I'm still sort of alive.
  22. Welcome ChronoSeth!
  23. Who would be willing to do this though? I might be able to help if anyone is willing to.
  24. I believe that simply changing the cost of certain units would make them more "cost effective".
