I have a EC 0C 00 00 00. I think I got this from FunkyFresh or PortableRA as it can run in windowed mode. I also have a 53 51 56 57 55. This is the old version that came with my Red Alert The Domination Pack (includes Allied, Soviet, Conterstrike and Aftermath disks in one case) The EDWIN on my 2 CD set that only includes the Allied and Soviet disks also has this version as well.

I know that but I made the player use full Nod colors. After all Kane dose the intro for the first mission. Also Funpark 2 is no longer desert but jungle too.

Well I started work on things again. Mostly some simple things. Adding SecondaryColorScheme= to all of the stock RA1 missions. Adding Tschokky Jungle theater in for the remade funpark (Dino) missions. Gathering up half completed things like the Terrain Expansion. http://cnc-comm.com/community/index.php?topic=2620.0 and funpark (Dino) missions. To the things you can see below. I reworked the Weapons Factoy to fix the exit clipping. This cut the WF to a single smoke stack and ment I had to make a new icon. The Tib Refinery now has 2 silos covering what was open air tiberium pits. Radar logo have been updated. Left is old and new is right. Tschokky Jungle theater during funpark 4. This show the fix secondary color so the MCV and Harverst say the same color as the buildings and aircraft now use the secondary color like in C&C95.

Iran said the code was in the current .exe a awhile back. Make a map and see if it still is.

Red Alet come with Red Alert Terrain Editor AKA EDWIN. Any of the modern updated version come EDWIN and RAED. Both are Windows programs. EDWIN is basic and works fine for basic multiplayer maps and RAED is a full singleplayer mission building program. It also can build more advanced multiplayer maps that use trigger and teamtypes.

@loc For the Ant missions all you need [JEEP] and Cost= to change the Rangers cost.

Yes it is known to us old timers. Yes if you extract the SCA01EA.ini and put into the folder with the RA95.exe it will override the SCA01EA.ini pakcin into the mix files. In you case to change the cost of the ranger all you need is the Ranger header [JEEP] and Cost= like below and put it into the mission. [JEEP] Cost=600 You can tell what side the player is by the first 3 leters. SCA****.ini is Ant missions. SCG****.ini is Allied missions and SCU****.ini Soviet missions. CMU**EA.in is for the new Custom Mission option. All others are Multiplayer maps. Ingame you can find the ID of the mission your playing by going to Options. It is on the lower right above Briefing.

Yes Counterstrike dosen't have a .ini. All of the changes to make "New" units are change done in each misson. Also the aftrmth.ini has some changes done to stock units but this will only be effective on Aftermath mission or if you have the Force Aftermath units for all mission on.

Ants are not in the rules.ini anyway. The coding for them is in the mission it self. The ant mission are found in the main.mix ? general.mix Ant mission are SCA01EA.ini to SCA04EA.ini. Open them with notepad and you will see the ant data in top of the file.

Do you have a jungle.mix in the folder or packed into one of the mixes (Must be one the game reads) ? The game will crash if you don't have it.

No idea if he updated it yet. I'll attach RA95.exe V3.03P R82 that dose work with jungle. RA95.exe_V3.03P_R82.zip

Some times you do as the black on the next and on the edge of the icon will be changed to "clear black".

I already did the CYCLICON for Red Dawn. I can attach it and the others as I adding them for the Red Dawn Dino missions. The attach zip has the icons by them self in .shp format and paick into the EXPAND8.MIX that would work just fine with any of the Iran RA95.exes Icons.zip

To get you mission to show up under Custom Missions use the name of cmu01ea.ini to cmu99ea.ini. To do any rebalance/editing you will need to extract the rules.ini and aftrmath.ini from the mixes using XCC Mixer. There is no good tutorial for making graphics but http://cnc-comm.com/community/index.php?board=17.0 may help.

Aftermath and Counterstrike did not come with PS1 Retaliation Cutscenes. I know with PortableRA you can donwload the PS1 Retaliation Cutscenes and they will work with PortableRA. PortableRA Aftermath and Counterstrike missions should tell you the names used for the PS1 Retaliation Cutscenes. Ants come out of holes and civilians buildings are done by Trigger, map Waypoints and Teamtype. In the Trigger the team need to be a reinforce team... *NAME*. On the map place Waypoints on the building you want civilians to come out of. In the Teamtype you need to put the waypont number of the building you want the civilians to come out of in the top Waypoint box. Ants work the same way but can only be done from the Ant Nest tileset.

I know that PortableRA has use Aftermath units during original missions option. If you using PortableRA check to see if it is on.

The aftrmath.ini has the E3 data too. If he is playing a AM game aftrmath.ini will need to be edited.

Seems to be in the CnC Net 4 side. I can use Red Alert 1 just fine with Net 5 but Net 4 is giving the same error.
