  1. If you using a newer set up that only use CnC Net 5 or you don't use the old CnC Net 4 you should be able to edit the rules.ini just fine. You should be able to add EvacInMP= key to the map by adding. [General] EvacInMP=no

  3. Likely can't be fixed. This is a likely the game lagging when it has to load and draw the tesla weapon .shp Likely won't be fixed for online games. You can edit the rules.ini. On the [HELI] make the Prerequisite=tent,hpad On the [HIND] make the Prerequisite=barr,hpad and for the [YAK] and [MIG] make the Prerequisite=barr,afld Already fixed in online games. Add EvacInMP=no to the [General] of your rules. Know bug and likely won't be fixed for online games. You may be able to fix this by adding Primary=none to the [TRUK] DO NOT USE Name= IN THE RULES AS IT WILL CRASH YOUR GAME! Go to http://ra.afraid.org/html/downloads/utilities.html and download the Ingame Strings Editor. Use it to edit the names listed in the conquer.eng The Mad Tank has number of odd things about it and best to not mess with it.
  4. This may be something for Tschokky to add as in my terrain expansion I have used every available tileset. You can do it you self with RA-MIXer v5.1 OR3 http://ra.afraid.org/html/downloads/utilities-2.html Note: This is DOS program so you may need DOSBox or some other MS-DOS emulator if your on Win7+. You will also need to look at this thread for info on TMP (RA) frormat and to get the Red Alert Template File Terrain Type Editing Tool.   5. Tschokky is not trying to change Theater specific structure but units. In this case he is trying to ships. Adding a edited ship to the theater has no effect.
  6. Must be C&C95. Tied changing a building using .shp and theater extension, both have no effect in RA1.

  8. I had half of the dino missions done during you making the jungle. If you dig in the jungle thread you should see Dino 1 or Dino 4. I did Dino 2 and 3 around July 26. I won't be doing Dino 5 as you are the Dinos and I can change the radar or unit voices.

  11. The new unit logic is not finisehd. It messes up the score at the end of games. http://cnc-comm.com/community/index.php?topic=2603.0 In Echo post you can see he tied to use the new building set up and the score at the end of games went wonky. In my test port it didn't crash at the start of game using CnC Net5. I used some of the other things like new weapon sound projectile and warheads.
  12. I got Classic Revolution just about ported over to Net 5 yesterday (in theory, not tested). A full rebuild from stock mix files added in the Desert, Jungle and Winter. All theaters use my Terrain Expansion tilesets. Expanded version of RAED that can use Desert, Jungle and Winter as well as the stock Temperate Interior and Snow. I have to fix the BRDM-2 AT-5 (Tank Destroyer) as it is firing at aircraft. Do a ANT frame of the BRDM-2 M/G and a Ant Hill for the Interior. The Ant Hill has been remade into a 5x5 tiles that has 4 oil spots can be placed into and won't spread out of. In the CR ANT HILL.png you see the snow ingame and next to it is the layout. Red is Rough and Green is Clear. You can place 5 oil spots but I go with up to 4 oil spots and a Oil pump in the mid.
  13. I don't see too many probs with changing back to Iran patched RA95.exe. Some of the ARDA logic like adding weapons, sounds the weapons can use and warheads is in the .exe. The logic for adding units (Hardcoded to act like 2TNK) is also still in the ra95-spawn.exe but I think it had probs messing up the score at the end of games and AI can't build them.
  14. ra95-spawn.exe is for online play. It read the spawn.xdp and spawnam.xdp. spawn.xdp is the rules.ini and spawnam.xdp is aftrmath.ini for the ra95-spawn.exe. They both open in notepad just fine. The extended sidebar need new .shp files. They should be in EXPAND3.MIX with frunky's set up. They are named powerbar.shp, powerext.shp, side4na.shp, side4us.shp, strip2na.shp and strip2us.shp. Note the EXPAND3.MIX likes to crash XCC Mixer. I'm going to guess that different exe files cause OOS error or not let you even start a game on Net 5.

  17. I have Counterstrike and Aftermath installed by CD from my Red Alert The Domination Pack. ( I still have XP that can user the installer program). They did not patch the EDWIN.EXE according to time and date. Also WinMerge says that the EDWIN.EXE the came with 1.04 on on my Alled disk is identical to the EDWIN.EXE in my old Counterstrike and Aftermath installed RedAlert folder. My guess is that 53 51 56 57 55 from all of the old CDs and EC 0C 00 00 00 is form TFD and the free ISOs.
  18. Nyerguds' Open Directory has a ISO folder but nothing from RA1...
  19. The other things about the funpark missions are close as I can get in RA1.
