The stock CS and AM mission the rules work just fine. There is some changes done in the maps them self also Aftermath has it own set for rules called aftrmath.ini

Yes that is what the DOS Convoy Truck Icon looks like. It is in the REDALERT.mix than lowres.mix . When I made the Hires remapable icons for you I edited the DOS Demo Truck icon to make the hires DOS Convoy Truck. Stock DOS Convoy Truck icon below

No it dosn't have a virus. Some antivirus software think the ra95.exe is a virus. I know Kaspersky use to but I emailed them about it and it was cleared up quite awhile ago. I also belive Norton was doing the same but it was fixed before I delt with Kaspersky. All of the community builds of RA1 are know do this because of updates to the ra95.exe to fix bug and add new things. The community builds are based on PortableRA and specifically the ra95.exe AKA the Iran patched exe file. PortableRA http://iran.cnc-comm.com/ra/ has a warning about antivirus false positives at the bottom of the page. Also can an Admin nuke that extra long quote post brandonvortex made? The small one asking the same question is all that was needed.

The civilian buildings (V01 to V37) in RA1 don't take damage if they have low or no power or didn't in stock RA1.

First dump TibEd and use notepad/wordpad. TibEd will mess things up and some time baddly. Next use XCC Mixer to extract the flame dancers missions out of the sc-flamedancers.mix. You can open the missions with notepad/wordpad.

Image= didn't work at all on maps before V1.07/V1.08. When the Ants were added and the Ants had to have all of there coding in the map so Image= was made to work for them. As for why it dosn't work for the others I don't know. Maybe this is one thing Iran can look into.

Could be that you are not administratorif the computer. Make sure you have full administrator privileges with your Win7 account.

I don't know if the OSS was related to the missing keys or my hotwired test map that had the AI build units and attack on both of my computers for me. -

When I did test I could go past an hour most of the time while others OOSed with in the first 5. This was with 4TNK missing SelfHealing=, Secondary= and [E3] missing DoubleOwned=. These are stock rules keys I removed by mistake and only found by a side by side compare to the stock rules.ini Even my updated interior.mix and interior map was just as stable as grass and snow maps as long as I didn't have TechLevel=-1 for the HPAD, MSLO and [General] ParabombTech=99 SpyPlaneTech=99 with in the map. -

I did fixed both of the rules in my online only version I have going. It also has my updated interior.mix for playing interior maps but I don't know if it is stable as I can't keep the game stable (OOS errors) on normal grass or snow maps. The online only version 100 MB installed and it has full music from C&C95 and Covert Ops. The scores.mix it self is 73.6 MB when extracted out of the main.mix -

FunkyFr3sh. The Red Dawn 2013 is most up to date I have but is has 2 flaws in the rules.ini. Nod Adv Light Tank [4TNK] has SelfHealing=yes when it should be SelfHealing=no and Grenadier [E3] has DoubleOwned=no repeated twice (Will this cause and OOS error?). The out of sync errors may still be in the game as the last fixes are untested. I'm thinking it may be best to have an online verson only so I can make it a smaller download. Also are the Desert and Winter theaters stable on CnC Net? Red Dawn 2013 has about half of the maps made into Desert and Winter. If they are not stable it dosn't make since to patch Red Dawn 2013 as the rules.ini is in the REDALERT.mix that needs fixed and all of the maps are in the main.mix. The patch for online play would be just about as large as the Red Dawn 2013 is it self if I patch the rules.ini and the maps. -

I wish you luck. Red Dawn 2013 has the fixes I said in my last post that may stop the out of sync errors. I don't know if the Desert and Winter (Looks a lot like grass maps but has snow patches on the ground and snow covered tress) maps are stable or not. I would stick to Grass and Snow maps. -
I thought I updated the ore mines so they didn't have grass around them....

Been unable to iron out the out of sync errors. FunkyFr3sh looked at the rules.ini and said I shouldn't have out of sync errors but I keep geting them in test. I checked the rule.ini by hand and by compare tools to make sure I didn't remove any keys from the rules.ini I did find I did remove the Secondary= from [3TNK] SelfHealing= from [4TNK] and DoubleOwned= from [E3] This may have been the cause of the out of sync errors and I fixed them but never got around to testing. I said fark it and put all of my spare time into the single player updates. All but the cncnet.exe is there for online play in Red Dawn 2013. If you add the cncnet.exe to the Red Dawn 2013 folder you and a friend that has done the same can play by running the cncnet.exe from the folder. Red Dawn even has it own lobby so you don't need to worry about Red Alet players trying to join your game but out of sync errors my still be there. -
Yes. Maybe at one point WW planed to add multiplayer indoor maps but FunkyFr3sh said he added smudge .SHPs into interior.mix but it caused OOS. Ore seem to work fine as it has been added into the interior.mix but it may be best to ask him about what dose work with out causing a OOS.

Iran That is small down side but if you logic can make it so that a building isn't crewed tell it is owned by the player or AI that that is good. Ersland I see that the rapidshare links no longer work with Internet Explorer 8 but are fine with Internet Explorer 10 and Chrome. You can jump over to PPM and get them as Banshee is mirroring all files at http://www.ppmsite.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=30101 that you can download with IE8 or use some other browser.

Tibed is a joke and messes eveything up. Just use notepad. Soviet Counterstrike Mission "Nuclear Escalation", Soviet Counterstrike Mission "Legacy of Tesla" and Soviet Aftermath Mission "Situation Critical" have the parabombs explode as a nukes. Maybe Soviet Counterstrike Mission "Paradox Equation" but I'm not sure.

I've changed Blue and Gold around. So every side that was Gold is now Blue (Civilians and Spain, Neutral, and Special) Blue is now Gold (Greece). You didn't need to make the NoBuildingCrew= key. The stock Crewed= key works on buildings. Just add Crewed=no to your tech building.

I'll look. I know at one time you showed me a screen shot that had Red changed to Nod gray. I did this for the 2013. I changed Blue and Gold around. It was easier to change the SHP color than redo and test every single player mission. I made a palette that works with your Purple Palettes. Dump the stock Gold buildings and units in to pcx using Purple Palettes and recompile with my custom palette. Now eveything that was remap Gold is Blue when viewed with the stock RA Palettes. Edit of the master palette (palette.cps) to swap Blue and Gold around and your done.
