VERBATIM it was said that the ladder would die, that activity would fall dramatically and that is exactly what happened. I have outlined why many times. And it went from the most activity in years to back to basically none. I've said time and time again how to boost ladder activity and what is wrong with the ladder. Youve been trying your way, without success over and over....

without hesitation both 1v1, and 2v2 the best player this past year is mola. most improved overall sexpro aka rich. fantastic to be able to help him early on and see him become top tier which i think he is now. i dont really take 2v2 super serious or have not since me and cambria played years and years ago. i more use that ffg time to try and figure out builds that maybe viable. i get nod 80% of the time taking random ??? and a lot of people seem to struggle with nod ally, and specifically me. im a weird player i think to begin with always a pleasure to play side by side with mola, tight4lif (redrum), cambria, toprush, tiger, etc en3rgy is great just not with me lol. always wastes inf! c0rps is the saddest to see as top tier 1v1, i think he thinks his 2v2 is great -_-

im going to offer training to a select few people that i feel like might benefit. . . .but first heres a story... NGU, NEVER GIVE UP. FOR THOSE THAT DONT REMEMBER.... Ngu (NGU*?) I feel like there was a *) was a clan created by bill94 (not bil666666) back on wol. Bill rarely played ts from what I remember he was like in his 50s already in 1999-2001 an old biker type (TS 1st AGE btw. ) And bill cared more about chatting honestly than anything in the lobby. But atombombu and dklans19 (AKA megaf0rce) took bills clan for him to like some insane # of 150-1 as a team just as a favor to bill who theyd gotten along with. Watching those 2 play and what they did was really what inspired me to play ts at a higher level and to transition from mods to ww over time. I originally met later some guy named twiggy in a clan with Unionism and a young ts player named aphrodlte - FOR YEARS AND YEARS I watched these people play attempted like so many up and comers do to join an occasional FFG....always was the weakest link in their games, and just honestly could not compete. I spent most of my time playing mods after I decided I could not compete with these pro players in my mind. I became an awesome mod player mostly playing GRAYS , grays was more popular than giants or w.e today, and occasionally played forest fires 8rs to get my ww map fix. During this time i met killerkg/bakzui korean brothers and after playing with killerkg a lot 1v1 helping me and fun late night games with bakzui -------- the timing was set because a bunch of other mod players decided to transition from mods to ww. Champsite the big ts forum at the time closed, and cncgamer took is place. Cncgamer had set a new era of ts after the 1999-2002 age and ts early days, and in 2003 wol was "hacked" by lurker a FS player and the chat lobby and other ts areas went down. 2004 came along with CNCGamer and a new era of ts 2004-2007. After playing with the korean brothers I met at sometime ray101284 and tight4lif. Tight4lif invited me to a clan ran I believe by Kill2wce, called crew* and ray was someone that had been playing with dlte, mega and ism and the like for a while and he was the first person to really help my ts game (later a1mighty1 and megaf0rce) ........................................ After this point my personal skill level on TS kind of transitioned, I understood certain things via watching ray and others in that lineage of TS..... Anyway the whole point of this rambling is that these players understood a forgotten art of TS which is making every unit count, and not giving up til its over. I will start to help certain players in the coming mths. Ive only ever tried to personally "Train" one person which is sexpro aka rich. My TS philosophy does not revolve around cookie cutter build orders and plans. Its a lot about creativity and using every unit, wasting nothing.... steels 1 ref is right up there with xistentz. whom was a top contender for a long time. i watched xist beat kapa. and steel does it with nod. rich (sexpro) his defense with nod at times (has some work) and the way he plays nod in general is better than maxpovver or thug1uk. other great nods. en3rgy 2v2 once he gets a roll its like having tight4lif or anac0ndax(wuntangrza) on ur side. i see the bigger picture i wish others would just be real give credit

i dont include myself. im mid range these days. top 10 all time no order; schaf, kapa, mega, killerkg, f1ref0x, stefor, ray101284, dlte, carnage, atombombu. top 10 currently no order; mola, tiger, toprush, c0rps, cambria, en3rgy, steelc0re, honda, sexpro, nme. and honestly id be fine with any one of the 2nd list versus the other list ive been a top tier player imo 17 yrs or so. i take great consideration to include no bias. most people are interchangeable at any given time. now its me, c0rps, tiger mola, all about equal seemingly but mola is clearly the better among us. leave ego at the door and pay attention and its all not worth the bickering. i know who i own, they do to, and u know ....

sexpro and steel deserve more credit. i built my way to the top same way as them. i may MAY beat them more often but they whoop my ass all the time lately. the obvious are mola, c0rps, tiger, toprush, cambria, ollie tight as always but im always willing to give credit where credit is due. the activity maybe lower but i think the skill level is higher. i will always regard schaf as the best player ever but i think steelc0re and others could def beat him often now . the skillset does expand believe it or not. take my 2 cents for what its worth, theres a level of biased and ego in ts and i try to leave that at the door. i often make top 10 lists and include c0rps. whom i dont get along with, same as dlte and others. the thing about my top 10 lists are i have the added benefit of being able to know how someone plays 1vs1 very well, skill vs skill. then u factor in 2v2 which is extremely hard in a diff way at a pro level. gdi/nod and all maps. i dont just consider gdi and terrace. mola is clearly the best current player, and that may even be at times i beat him 5 in a row. he knows hes better atm so do i even if he has an off day and loses 5. im not biased. mola is #1 the same people fill 2-10 as most lists i see, and id easily put steel or sexpro in that slot at this time and i think they reached a higher skill than most of ts....honest.
