The game host is already in game, did you play the game and win/lose/quit? This message appears if the game host is still playing.

Hey - if you want to play survival maps, make sure to move any .mpr files in your RA2 game directory to Maps > Custom, the client will then read them there. Furthermore, there are lots of players online playing survival maps too which transfer when you join their game.

That's a good suggestion, and something we'd like to see too. We'll work on that. We're in talks about this, but personally I agree with this, theres not enough players to cap the rank. Hopefully we all agree and remove this for now.

When you say connection error is there a pop-up with both players showing in blue or red? Or is it a pop-up that says reconnection error?

This had occurred to others before and I believe they resolved by updating their video drivers. Try selecting the lowest resolution saving and retrying

Hey Rob - could you try disabling ts-ddraw from within your client options? You can find that under Client options > Display (Assuming your playing on CnCNet)

Sorry Rampa - this is not true, our capability to block is not limited, it's finding the cheats that have slipped through our net and blocking them outright that takes the time and resource. For the majority, most cheats are blocked, there's just a few (as apparent to this [ir]iran guy) that we've missed it seems. We have been patching in the background, are actively looking at next steps to stop these little hacks working.

Is it a legitimate copy? That sounds like Westwood's copy protection

What error do you get? Is wsock32.dll in your RA2 game directory?

Game version is N/A for some.
