I've glassed the toolbars and status bars (and then modded my extentions with another extention (stylish), so they sit well on the glass. Changed the colour of text and added shadows, etc) Tbh, this is my desktop pc so it's not as customized as my laptop. People just didn't look at the specs and ran it on outdated computers which caused it to appear slow. The initial crashes, etc were down to hardware manufacturers writing bad drivers. The FPS losses in games were fixed with SP1 when vista's performance beat XP. Windows 7 is a refinement of vista and now supports low end computers much better.
