Not sure if you were still working on this. I just wanted to say, it sounds like a pretty cool idea for a mission pack. I think 2 part missions are quite cool, like, where you have to do something and then build a base. Kinda like the Stealth tank Nod mission. Also, the GDI one with the gunboats... I almost feel like that mission would be better if you got the MCV as a reinforcement after the turrets are taken out and the gunboats get destroyed. -Liam -
It's a game, so don't be a troll? I've, also, never heard of this anti Stealth logic. I'll try to remember that, though, sounds super handy. -Liam

Yeah, that's right, it's packed away in a larger mix file. But there should definitely still be a download for people who want to play WITH the music. Seems crazy to cut the game down and then not give out replacements for those that want to play with the full game -Liam

No, it's different for both. C&C95 just does NOT launch the first time, then after that it's fine. RA1, however, just takes too LONG to launch. -Liam

I had some small plans to make some boats, rather than full blown ships. I wouldn't count the planes out, they're good at what they do. In about 2 runs they can take down several tanks (each tank is at least 2000, I think). If you run strait at the mobile SAMs, they can actually take out the mobile SAMs before the plane is destroyed. So if microed, they're pretty over the top In saying all of that, I never got to totally balance the whole mod, so what you're saying could be true. Yeah, the infantry came out great. Double HP helps a LOT. So do the long range missiles on the troops, hehe. Glad you got it to work. No, I never put MCVs into it. I wanted to say that they require Tech center... although, because both teams use a different tech (and not the stock RA1 buildings), think there's not way to actually do it. I also didn't want low tech Con Yards, as it wrecks the building speed on pretty much everything... (Don't know if you've ever actually watched people play RA1 online ). -Liam

That sounds really annoying to extract, lol. I'm sure I have full RA1 somewhere, it's just outdated. Do you know where in the files it's kept, what mix? -Liam Edit: Found it, got scores.mix, injected it into main.mix I think this is a bit complex for anyone just wanting to have music while they play RA1 online... you might want to make a patch for that, funky.

Yeah, I have spawn. It seems to be opening the game just fine, but then, sometimes CnCnet does it just fine -.- just other times, it sits for about a min and then opens. Which, is obviously way too late to be launching the program. -Liam

Yeah, the mod is more about units than defenses, which is why there's so few (just gun boxes/towers). Engis can ONLY capture the commandposts/HQ. The HQ is more about capturing more resources to help you to build faster. If you've ever played Star Craft online, this is something you'll understand pretty fast. Yeah, the Tank destroyers are ruff, but at 1000 each, if you can snipe them out, it costs your opponent a lot hehe Glad you enjoyed it, have a crack with the Russians and build yourself a SCUD, you'll have fun, I promise xD -Liam

They're automatically in the game now? It wasn't sml Inf when I downloaded it... I had to get the patch -Liam

When I try to start games on CnCnet, if I play a dawn game, the game NEVER starts teh first time. C&C95 just starts up, but it seems to be crashed int he background, somehow. I have to close the game on the bottombar and then retry it, then it's OK. RA1, however, just sometimes DOESN'T start up at all. I click launch game, but it either doesn't open, or just takes way too long to do so. This isn't a loading thing... no no, my computer just sits there as if nothing's happned and then like 2 mins later, RA1 opens. -Liam

Pretty cool stuff Nyer. I'm almost surprised they didn't put any of these particular jets into Red Alert, given they already had the renders for them. Though, it's also surprising they only gave 1 team planes. -Liam

I've seen a still render of the one with the curled tail fins. It's part of a vid that came with TFD. I wouldn't mind seeing the other ones. -Liam And yeah, if you look near the start, someone said it was an apache. hehe. Makes me wonder if they were ever going to have the black hawk in it... Would be a cool unit to make... Dang, I need a more editable RA xD (I demand moar!)
