I have no idea how to fix any perspective probs. I think this is the best they are going to get.

Make a back up spawn.xdp and spawnAM.xdp than you can open the spawn.xdp and spawnAM.xdp with notepad.

Perspective is from the RA2 tool and I rotated the building 45 degress so they are at square 90 degress. I had unwelcome amout wash out of the Red and Blue roofs once I loaded the RA1 color pallete. I'm also trying to come up with some othe building that will work with my current 3x3 and 2x3 set up. Not having any luck.

What C&C? For the most part C&C Gold/ C&C Tiberian Dawn and Red Alert 1 CDs are usless since Win7 or newer they don't work at all. You may be able to get them to work on XP or Vista by using compat mode on the Install.exe or Setup.exe found on the CDs. For RA1 There are two ways to get it with out using CDs. PortableRA http://iran.cnc-comm.com/ra/ using the full install (The 145 MB one found on the left) will give you the game and both add-ons (CounterStike and The Aftermath) It dosen't have the movies since they are a massive 580 MB found below the full install. With both you will have every thing and the extra moves from the PS1 Retaliation CDs. Funkyfr3sh set up also works http://funkyfr3sh.cncnet.org/ It lacks the CounterStike and The Aftermath but should have the rest. I find it more better to use to patch an older set up like if you did somehow get the old CDs to install and to patch The First Decade and Ultimate Collection installs. I seen the sleipnirstuff things. I like the walls by raminator. I'm trying to go with RA2 look so the urban look in the github link dosn't work for me.

I did the buildings in gMax and using the RA2 SHP Tool plug-in by Flyby. Both are free. Skyscrapers are unlike unless Iran can add new building that use Foundation and Height setting like TS/RA2 dose.

Nope. XCC Mixer can read C&C .pal and JASC (paintshop) .pal but the *NAME*_VTX.PAL are unknow to XCC Mixer and I have no idea what they do...

The game generates TEMP_VTX.PAL, SNOW_VTX.PAL and INTR_VTX.PAL. The temperat.pal snow and interior.pal have always been in the local.mix.

The temperat.pal is found in the local.mix that is packed in the REDALERT.mix. If he has the REDALERT.mix then he has the temperat.pal and something else has gone haywire...

I was thing of using large tileset based building (like the Ant Hill) but they can't be destroyed and may have other yet to be seen probs but right now there can't be large real building right now.

I was testing keys so I could make an updated rules.ini that had all of the new keys listed. I found a cluster of key in the RA95.exe some I know how and what they do others not so much. ; I know how these two work and have the info on what to use to make them work in maps but don't know if they work in rules as I haven't goten around to testing that yet. Colour= Country= ; No idea how they are used and did not try to test. Color= ; should work like Colour=? SecondaryColorScheme= ; should work like Colour=? ;I tired the basic yes/no and True/False but didn't work for the Foward Comand Center [FCOM] in the rules or being placed on a building in a map. Attaching a new updated Temperate.mix and map. Attaching new Snow.mix and snow map. At White Squishing the roads any more wouldn't look right with tanks on them. I ended up redoing the roads my self. I did away with most of the mirror look the old roads had. Making the walls come out of the cliffs and beaches was some work but it was worth it. Fixed the corners so the shadow is now angled like the walls. Winter uses almost all of the same tilesets as Temperate and Snow is done. I don't plan to do any thing for desert.

TS needs a butt load of work like all of the Build*type*=, Prerequisite*type*= and the lower part of ; hack section. While RA1 is quite nice as it is but for the AI dosn't build ships. The instant capture building was somthing I see in your RA95.exe but didn't work.

I know your working on Tib Sun and Tib sun looks good on the outside but it is really missing that modding flexibility. I saw a few new non-working keys in the .exe like the instant capture building.
