  1. Join the IRC; we can help you with Growler Guncam. :-)
  2. Are you by any chance referring to this thread: http://cnc-comm.com/community/index.php?topic=1308.0 ?
  3. Try enabling Windows 95 compatibility on C&C95.exe. If that doesn't fix it, I'm gonna guess cnc-ddraw might somehow be the culprit. Are you sure you haven't just muted the music completely via the ingame options menu?
  4. I'm gonna guess you downloaded the game from www.cnc95.tk?
  5. Orcas can target air units, even when said air units are flying. :-) Yeah, Nod generally has better anti-air, but don't underestimate GDI's anti-air capabilities. Plus, they still have Mammoth Tanks!
  6. I wasn't, but it wouldn't be much of an attraction to see a 3-minute match with Mammoths in the first 30 seconds, would it? That's not how it works; Aftermath just makes it so you can't increase your production speed after you've built two of the same production facility, i.e. you build three war factories, but the third war factory will simply serve as another drop off point for newly produced vehicles, instead of also increasing the speed at which you produce them. It doesn't work that way either. That said, I'm most likely gonna be available for a few games of Tiberian Dawn, we'd just have to get hold of another player. If necessary, I can do some Aftermath matches too. :-)
  7. http://nyerguds.arsaneus-design.com/fullcnc/media/cnc1_movies_full.rar Open the .rar file with a program like WinAce or WinRAR, and extract "movies.mix" to your game directory.

  9. Oooh, my apologies, sir. I misunderstood. In C&C95, Recon Bikes can be run over in multiplayer. But I'm not completely sure how you can make it happen. I believe the Recon Bike has to block the "path" of the unit that is supposed to run it over. You should ask Nyerguds about it, I'm sure he knows.
  10. It's called a "Recon Bike", as far as I know. Is "Nod-Mod" a name it's given in the German version of the game? That said, Medium Tanks can beat them once they're high enough in numbers. Otherwise you're supposed to use infantry against the Recon Bikes.
  11. Join the CnCNet IRC and see if there's anybody willing to do some games, otherwise you can just hit me up; I'll gladly do a few. I'm usually sitting around in the aforementioned IRC. Here's a link to the IRC, in case you aren't familiar with it: http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=cncnet
  12. Go to the options menu while ingame and increase the gamespeed.
  13. There's nothing wrong about CnCNet, it just started supporting TS much later than XWIS and Tunngle. XWIS is basically the official replacement for the old Westwood servers, so that's where most of the players are.
  14. Tiberian Sun isn't dead, it's just that all the players are on the XWIS and Tunngle servers.
  15. No need to consider it, just do it. I see no reason to force the player to expand via silos or sandbags, when you can just make the main ramp one cell wider, thus making room for 3x2 sized structures.
  16. Seems interesting, although I'll have to try it out properly. Any chance you can make the main ramps 3 cells wide instead, so you can fit a barracks or power plant in there?
