Oops, seems that the updater still opens the window despite not being able to connect, causing some confusion. Anyway, something in your system is entirely blocking the client's access to the Internet.

Sorry. My job is blocking cheats. While you might use the cheat responsibly, others could make / use the same cheat (IIRC the President IFV was a common way to cheat in RA2 online play) and abuse it against other players, and then I'd be forced to block it anyway. I could enable mod support, allowing you to modify files and still play online. However, even then you could only play against other people who have the same mods.

This should be fixed now.

I've just uploaded a new update that hopefully lowers the amount of false positives from antivirus software.

We can't really push a sure fix for it, as it's an issue caused by McAfee.

Do not copy-paste the log here, attach it instead. Are you running antivirus software? If so, which one?

Norton's WS_Reputation isn't a clear detection though, it's basically just "this file isn't common among Norton users, so it could be malware, let's quarantine it just to be sure". In other words, it's a great way for Norton to screw over small developers like myself =|

It is safe. If you feel like helping us, you could report the file to Avira as a false positive so they'll hopefully fix it.

For me OBS (with AMD VCE support) works with TS, most likely it works with RA2 as well.

You said this: No direct mention that even if you buy all those disks, you won't have all the music in CD quality; you'll still be missing many tracks (that are CD quality on Frank's site). Note that I'm not talking only about Tiberian Dawn here - the OP asked for "ALL the C&C music", so I'm including all RA, TS/FS and RA2/YR tracks as well. For example, last time I checked, the Firestorm music simply isn't legally available anywhere.

Except that many tracks that are on Frank's site with high quality aren't included on the soundtrack CDs. So, there's no legal way to get all the tracks in high quality.

I doubt it really matters if you own the games. You can already extract the music from the (free except for RA2) games if you want, by getting them from the site you're just getting the same tracks in higher quality.

Frank Klepacki's home page has all the music in high quality, although there's no direct download links.
