Not sure why we'd need that. The less EA touches the C&C classics, the better, as far as I can see

This is like petitioning George Lucas to remaster Starwars some more. Its the abused spouse syndrome of the gaming world!

Um... Aren't there plenty of working versions here?  And plenty of "remasters," i.e. DoTA, the redux, etc.  Probably better than EA would do anyway...

An official HD remake of C&C is long overdue, imo.

Most of the time remakes usually don't end well. Some of them even manage to alienate both old fans and new players a like.

 

However there are good ones out there like the Homeworld: Remastered Collection, though I was a bit disappointed at how they make HW1 play almost just like HW2.

Another one of the petition kiddies...

 

1) Petitions won't work. Period.

2) C&C is good without a remake (kudos to Nyerguds for that)

3) EA doesn't know what C&C actually is.

I wouldn't mind seeing what they could do... but yeah, I don't see it happening, and I doubt they could "do it and do it right".

We don't need a remake, playing the old classic C&Cs on CnCnet is far better if you really like those games.
