New update windows 10

I update windows 10 to the latest version that appeared in the month of April and now the game does not run well, the game takes longer to load and the game goes slower.Has anyone happened to you?

Lucky you...on my laptop (which worked fine before the May 2018 update) I can access any build items on the right hand panel...which makes the game unplayable
