If you find an emulator which also emulate a Graphics card it should, since the emulated graphics card is unlikly to have the same problem as your current one

Why unistall Vista? you have other alternatives and thats the stupid option. Why are people so determin to give up with Windows Vista, it realy anoys me people blame Vista before trying any thing else and it is just becasue microsoft started putting nails in to its coffin since day one. :ranting: Any ways im here to help... There are other possible fixes like the Draw.dll (drop it in to your TS folder might not work, but ive never had a problem where ive needed it) Compatablity mode (it works,....Yea it Realy does), Run as Admin And That video card has problems with the game on multiple operating Systems so dont complain if it doesnt work So i would strongly recoment trying running TS using a Win XP emulator before you install it.

one moment the say last CnC next they say last Tiberium CnC so there is still a chance for RA4 or Generals 2 @FactorX his biggest achievment was probably getting CnC Generals Patched up

It appears The CnC comunity manager (a job which could be made obsolete if only The companys listened) has decided to "hang up his hat" and i would like many other, to wish APOC well in the future. Now the question is whats going to happen next and will his replacment be as good?

Sorry I meant the 'Building Width' not bibs (well sorta related to bibs) you cant go higher than 10 (you can but it cant be placed on the map) so there are 3 extra widths (2 if you were to keep the smaller hologram building number 8 ) could it be possible to use these to create extra "Foundations" ----- as for the rest shame about squish marks (the RA ones anoyed me any ways, partly cause they were always yellow remap) but other than that Nice, it was the rules file some of the music settings and 'hidden' options you added to the conquer.ini file were going to be put in to yea. With there are almost to many of them to bother adding any more, got the buildable ones then all the civs i dont think any one would have a problem adding in new inf unless they want every civ and inf ingame (might be wrong, so dont quote me on it)

Just a few Ideas to throw at you, Im not expecting any thing to be done, realy just asking about a few things after using the UGE and atempting to do a bit of modding. Squish Mark (beta) Could it be possible to fix (if you havent already) this after all atm Generally, The possibility of making the extra unused Bibs more useful (bib 8-10 since the others dont work, at least 9/10 im sure we could find a new bib which would be useful? (this im not bothered about) adding extra slots to any thing; planes, tanks, inf, buildings (might be a pain as for use with a mod they might require a 'Needed to be built' entry), weapons and warheads (i know there a two extra unused one's already) (if extra slots are added is the UEG 'smart enough' to recognise and allow you to edit them?) And the very last Question is is it possible in a later patch we could see the data we use the UEG to edit in a .ini file like RA or TS and editable with a text editor even if it still involves using 'numbers' rather than words for some things?

as for news yes there is some i supose i have been working towards TS:BoB being a compleatly stand-alone mod however at the moment i havent finnished changing the newer exe and untill i do that there are no new ingame pics I have however spent time fixing/expanding many things in normal TS most of which i should be able to copy across to Best of Beta

the Hills Have Eyes is the map with the killer civilians, i just checked and ant dont look like civs or nuke you

Can any one help, ive been searching the web to clues and the RA1 internal files but i cant find the map i was looking for; there were several maps i use to play over LAN on a lot mainly maps with lots of water but there were others with neutral units which attacked you i remember and have found "The hills have eyes" but i cant honestly find the multiplayer map which has the ant's and ant hills on it any one know that maps name?

There are several ways to play with NoCD If you have TFD or have downloaded the freeware version OR If you have standalone TS you can; 1 move all needed files from CD in to the TS folder and 2 download either the ETS patch (hyperpatch may also do it but i if you are playing online or lan i wouldnt recomend as there may be problems if every body has different exe) OR (if nobody has posted it i can upload it) the new freeware TS exe file The only real difference between standalone TS and TFD is TFD has a NoCD patch AND The only real difference between TFD and freeware TS is freeware TS also doesnt check for serial codes

Bump dont know who posted it but still nice going hopefuly my message further down has cleared up some info with people "to clear up a few misunderstandings this (the installer above) installs both Tiberian sun and Firestorm, it works well on both vista and windows 7, the creator of the installer program happens to have windows 7 64bit hence the referance. If you have a problem like that in the future; In your TS folder you should have a file called except.txt if you upload that i may be able to ask (i cant read them properly yet, only the very common ones) someone what caused your internal error hopefuly making it easyer to debug and fix but in this case reinstalling was probebly the best fix unless you wanted to play around with regedit...
