  1. Rocket Propelled Grenade infantry for Red Alert, replaces the frames of the shock trooper. RAR contains 566 frames of trooper contained in one handy SHP... and the icon. RPGinf.rar

  5. Hold on, 2 questions. Did you just copy the gold01-04.tem/sno (shp) and just rename them, then put them into interior.mix? Which editor did you use to make this map?

  7. No, resources cannot be placed interior, sadly. These are for a mod I'm making. The "oil fill up zone" will replace ore, which, on specialised maps, I will have placed single squares of, directly next to oil derricks, and programmed the ore to regenerate very quickly and also be invincible to firepower.
  8. OK, here it is, oil becoming a full resource. Here we have a refinery. It's been slightly changed to have a place for the oil tanker to drop off the resources. + icon RAR contains the ref, the build up and the icon An oil tanker, with fill up and drop off animations. + icon RAR contains the Tanker and the icon A "fill up zone" (ore replacement). You can see here, the top picture of it, is how it looks when not in use (full square of ore). The animation is how it looks when being used (less than a full square of ore) RAR contains 12 replacement ore (gold) files, which will need to be replaced in snow.mix, temperate.mix and placed into interior.mix, also. And (introducing) The Oil Silo. +icon A new silo, for storing your oil RAR contains the silo, the build up and the icon (sorry, it had a small issue with the pallet conversion, now fixed ) OilRefinery.rar OilTanker.rar OilFillZone.rar Oil_Silo.rar
  9. I've been looking for a copy of them for ages... my computer was too crap to play them back when they came out... now I have a computer too crap for BF2, but can't find a copy of 1942. FML lol Oh well, I'll just MAKE a great game instead (kinda reminds me of when I was a kid and didn't have money for transformers... so I made my own out of paper and cardboard, like a boss)
  10. I never left... just takes me ages to make things xD Yeah, I wish I'd got to play more DC really... was a cool mod. And yeah, it's self made, the base part is an edited light tank chassis and the top part is scratch, but used the ssam (destroyer turret) as a guide to help me know where the next pixels needed to be. What is cool though, is that the BRDM-2 has lots of different tops. So I could make some variants too... although, I don't plan on putting any more units into my mod... but I might make them, just for fun.

  13. LOL War Factory/Air Strip + Refinery = Harvester But you need to make refinery before you can get the War Factory/Strip anyway... so once you make your vehicle producing facility, you'd never know the difference.

  18. Thanks guys, it's nice to see that people actually care that I make these things... I sometimes think no one gives a shit about making new things for modding really old games. And it is pretty time consuming making this stuff, although, this one was quite fun, I must admit. Maybe because it's my first whole building. -White
  19. Not really, it'll play the same as an ore truck on a map with fast regenerating ore. It just has new animations and just a few squares of ore (because they regen quickly). You'll know what I mean if you've ever played maps RA like P4 online. If you haven't played P4. Start up cncnet and ask someone to play P4 with you, it'll give you the map upon playing them, as long as they host it.
  20. You could use the running dog from RA as a start point for your pony inf SHP.
  21. Thanks guys, Nyer's already come up with some more ideas for the damage frame, so I'm going to go ahead and draw that on now. Nyer already knows how I'm going to do this... but it will need special maps to work. The derrick will be used, but will only be eye candy. Ore will be replaced with a "fill up" zone next to the derrick, ore regrowth will be turned right up fast and either have the ore trapped in, or make it not spread. I've got a tanker, it wont "dump" it'll have a pipe that will be hooked up to the refinery somewhere. -White
  22. I've been working on this oil refinery for the RA1 mod I'm (still) making slowly (but surely). Not much more to say, other than, there is an oil tanker truck coming, much of it is done, it just needs filling animations. Here it is, to blow your minds. 3 files are in the rar, the regular state and the damage frame, the build up animation, the comeo (icon). Any problems, let me know. I tested it myself and it worked just fine though, so should be no issues. -White Damage frame now more dramatic, thanks Nyerguds, for the idea. Came out great. Oil_Refinery.rar
  23. I managed to win it, was pretty good, but right at the end, once you attack their base, they seem to start producing infinite men... You can only take them out then, if you rush in and quickly mop up the barracks. Not sure if that was intended. Pretty hard in allot of ways. Defending the Obelisk was more fun then attacking, as they had higher tech (lots of Adv guard, and all you can kill them with is tanks/arty. Due to the swamping of men, mostly just tanks). -Liam
