you can just copy the ddraw.ini from your RA1 folder over, maybe thats the best way of doing it since you seem to have working settings there yes, you have to disable all compat modes i dont think gdi stretching is working with cnc95

it works in the cncnet lobby, many people are doing it like this speed 6 and 7 are the same btw! try to use 4 or 5 it might need a short moment to set the speed, wait some seconds in game

slider has been disabled on cncnet5, actually it was meant for online games only since people started game speed wars you can change the game speed in the cncnet5 lobby before the game starts in the top left i will re-enable it for skirmish on the next red alert update

try to open ddraw.ini in the game folder, change renderer=opengl to renderer=gdi

sounds like a cool idea, Nyerguds can probably tell you how to do that

portableRA got that feature too, you should be able to enable it via the settings

Only the german server fails? The others work fine? I dont think there is anything we can do

1. Not sure if it would be a good idea to change that now after all the long time people been using it like this, would for sure be very confusing for the most players 2. Its causing too much traffic, thats why the list is off while people are in a game room/playing/away

Tiberian Sun might have some problems on windows8, but the other games work perfectly fine

yes, everything works fine with cnc-ddraw But if you downloaded the game from any of our sites here then cnc-ddraw should be enabled by default and its probably another problem you have, i dunno the original game didnt had this file, its a custom file made by hifi

where did you download the game? i have that problem too without cnc-ddraw, make sure its enabled

ts ddraw is still a beta version, maybe something triggered a bug inside of it i attached an older version of it, give it a try tsddraw.zip

do never enable compatibility modes with our custom game packages but i dunno if your bug is related to it
