You probably forgot to check the "Install CD2" box during the installation, CD2 contains the videos

Actually the starting locations should be random, but i know that red alert had a bug in westwood online where the first game that has been played would always give the same starting location to certain colors, that was fixed on red alert but im not sure if it was fixed on ts too since iran did that, gonna look into it later

What kind of installation do you have?

At what file does it happen? Show us a screenshot please I hope you don't run the game installer everytime you want to play, use the shortcut on your desktop to start the game

Anything is possible But i don't have love for that game, so you cannot count on me

you host the map and it transfers to the people you play with, if they liked it then they are going to host it too and send it to others and it goes on like this. Thats how many custom maps survived over the last 15years, good maps spread and bad ones die out

You can then host maps and other people will get it too, if the maps are good enough then they're going to stay alive forever

download and copy into your game folder, then restart the lobby to load it

no map has been removed, it is all the same still

You can just add any map you like on your own

Never heard about that map, maybe it was a custom map that someone was sending to you

It comes with a special feature that works without any ddraw wrappers on windows 8 using tricks built inside of windows. But it also comes with ts-ddraw and friends which can still be used for other versions of windows perfectly fine if needed. Not sure about the tearing, no one reported me problems about that yet

Most people don't notice any difference when it is on, it could run a lil faster for some people when it is turned off. If your game did never freeze randomly then it is perfectly fine to turn this off

What has been added on the last update is a key to force the game to run on a single cpu/core, this option is needed to stop the game from freezing randomly. This option was forced all the time but now it can be turned off [Options] SingleProcAffinity=Yes

I would like to see your building order on all the different type of maps such as unlimited ore, gems only and so on, if you would be so kind to share. Agreed, I don't even play TS but i watch your videos all the time Tried to copy some stuff i saw in your videos while doing test games, the map we used was too small tho and didn't work out so well for me, i guess the map needs to have a certain size to be able to tech up

It happens all the time sadly, make sure you upload your logs when it asks you to do so after the game

which TS? the mini online version without singleplayer? Do you have windows 8?

That should actually not happen since the patch detects the installation type, what kind of installation do you have? Cd/First Decade/Ultimate Collection/..?
