obelisks + artillery + flame tanks = win obelisks own everything Artillery own infantry Flame tanks own infantry and have high armour to distract enemy units.

on RA1 I have finally managed to work out how to make it so that after you capture a building you fail if it is destroyed I haven't seen anything online about this so I thought I would post it here. However it isn't particularly flexible and will require a lot of house juggling for it to work fine. (Warning long post ahead) The building in question has to either be: that House's ONLY building or the House's ONLY Factory, if the building in question is a factory. otherwise it wont work... anyway, here's what you do, you need 4 triggers, all are temporary. This example uses a Greece-owned War Factory for a mission I am making this trigger is attached to the building The 'Destroy Trigger' part makes sure that the first one isn't fired (it only applies when you have simply blown it up rather than captured it) This means you can have new 'Capture and Hold objectives' in missions

I would assume speed is key to any mission with a rapid fire ion cannon I think I will check this mission out after playing it... damn my infantry control is awful.... cant get anywhere

I think IIRC its making that noise for every single credit, you probably notice it more when multiple harvs are unloading? Its not really much of a problem though.

sorry for doublepost but on a similar note is it possible to set alliances for multiplayer maps? I want it so Multi1,Multi2 and Turkey are allied together at the start, is this possible?

almost have like a 2 teams game where 1 team attacks and the other team defends...

I had a different idea but on the same wavelength have it so that the game has a time limit - if it is reached before someone wins then all things are destroyed and nobody wins.... can that be done? (i.e. all players lose)

sorry to dig up this dead thread, but it still seems of use to me I am trying to get some gameplay videos of my new mod but (as we all know) FRAPS sucks, I still find Bandicam to lag and I can't get Growler Guncam to work at all (getting annoying) can anyone help me? -

1. That's not RA's fault that's because noobs often have crappy net (well not just noobs but..) 2. For that to work I assume you would have to operate a sign-in scheme to be able to log data to someone 3. Not really useful at this time but in the future who knows... -

well at least I can see some 3 people have downloaded the new version. Also I tried borrowing the MG unit White used in his C&C revolution mod but it looks really weird when he does stuff

Update part #2 Is there anyone out there willing to spare graphics and an Icon for an MG infantry unit? I have the basic Idea but I still can't get my head around making shps and I'm too busy to learn new version is here, v0.95 - I fixed missing units, some new sounds and as soon as I can get some graphics a new unit can be added.
