What's your windows version? If it is win 8 - no way to fix lag there, remove it from your pc and install 7 or 10. Idk if virtual machine can fix this problem.

Same problem. Starting positions on Official maps preview are screwed up. Starting positions on Custom maps are shown correctly.

Man, you right now have found a bug in CncNet. This application does not support Unholy alliance mode for custom maps at all.

Here are some maps by GenX, where "no air" mode hasn't been enabled. But, as i remember, playing these maps is just rocketeer+disk spamming. Quite boring. SURVIVAL_Fortress_2p_Revised_by_GenX.rar Fortress_2.0_by_GenX.rar

This takes new ideas, alot of free time (if you want to get a good and good looking map), and a creative mood. Also, people heave not a much willing to test intermediate versions of new maps. Sorry, if i did understand your post wrong.
