Look, do you see these elements? Red markers - slotted screws for a hand screwdriver(!). Do you understand now? This is a fucking bulding which looks like a toy from assembly kit for kids. Did developers wanted to touch our childhood feelings with that? No! They're just used ready 3D models of screws. This is so easy as a drawing a line in Microsoft Paint. This is not "beautiful" "wonderful" or "amazing". Trash work, 0 of 10. And blue markers - this is a Pop rivets (according to video below). Also for assembling with hand tools. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuJqCtSrad0 You know what? 3D models of pop rivets also distributed togeter with 3D modeling software, either you can easily download them in google. I want to say, that art was made by zero inspired artist. Or maybe just he isn't good at building design? Anyway, EA, change your developer pls. I can also tell more negative stuff about the floor which looks like a tin casting. Just becasue these borders are specific only for small-size tin (or aluminium) produtcs. This looks unrealistic, like a toy. Assuming the game has a powerful 3D engine and the fact the dirt on the crane is drawed in style or a real building. This art becaomes even illogical. Now, ... and others who think this thing "looks amazing and great". You all, can you tell me why you like it? I guess you think because: It's new thing. (New = better ? Go kill yourself) Just to make a "polite" look of yourself by "paying respect". You pay respect for what? You don't have enough experience to understand something like I described above. You want to play a ready remaster ASAP You don't care about quality. Low quiality is suitable for you. And you all still going to pay tonns of money to them for this. EA again will get shitloads of money for the work wich seems like trash. But you don't care. You will keep'em alive and hope that in next 10 yers they finally will make something worthy (with current tendency they won't). You guys can really have honest and open mind, but I explained you why I don't like this art. Professional game developers must produce quality and enthertaining stuff, that's their work. I know this is a fantastic game, and it is not about real world. But the key of success is not to make things look unrealistic and illogical this is not a game about magic. Things like buildings must look realistic and reasonable, that's really the thing engaged me into C&C world many years ago. I don't want this remaster to be another EA's fail. Not going to pay for BS. I explained you why I don't like this art. Please, explain me now why you like this shit.

3-5 hrs in 3ds max... Delete dirt effect from textures. Looks like shit. One of the things I hate in the most of modern games is dirt effect. If you want make things more realistic, make battle visual effects (like explosions) more beautiful.

You understand rule wrong. It is not about promoting. The creation any religion-related speech or statement is breaking the rules. Both sides look like rule breakers here. But the guy who created the room seems was the first and provoked @kenshiro27 to create this topic. Hence, @kenshiro27 is a victim. Your lack of simple logic and defending the causer even points me to a guess you was the causer (that is only the guess, nothing more). Any staff help based on religion feeling can't be done because it is breaking the rules. Staff may solve this problem by having a talk with this guy who initiated this conflict and maybe applying some restrictions to him. To @kenshiro27 I suggest everyone to ignore people like that, because he finds funny everything happened after your reaction.

Hello. Definetely, in the CnCNet client the original "Brutal Enemy" is called as "Hard AI". The "Brutal AI" client option is a custom modification supposed to make original AI more difficult. However it didn't ever work for me properly always ended in game crush.

You can make a kind of poll in the game clint: make an option for every cahnge in your mod. Or for groups of them. Host will pick necessary options. Also you can make it possiible for other players vote for options in lobby. Most votes define enabled options.

Feels like need a bit more detailisation. Actually this map looks unfinished. I'd suggest to make non-flat ramps on the left, at least one of them. Left side also looks like have advantage with these wider passes between players, compared to right side. Make ramps on the right side at least 2 cells wider. As DoDger mentioned, right side now has too narrow paths for players helping each other (red arrows). Bottom player (left side team) can easily camp on the hill, while the top one (right side team) can't. I think you must add a ramp on the top hill (pink). Also with these changes necessary to move top border to 2-3 cells more top. To give more freedom to the top player to make him able to camp on the cliff in the same way as the bottom one and make access to his base more convinient for his teammates. (Yellow). The right border also might be necessary to move on 2-3 cells, not sure about it. With these changes map would have a real chance to be added to official CnCNet maps I guess. Please do this map more perfect, we all want to play it.

Hey guys, good idea, good to see someone have the same thoughts. Here are problems, look: 1) They still can't fix the bugs were found 1 and even 2 years ago, and maybe even earlier. 2) 2 or 3 years ago they had "to do" list on github, and topic related to all of the YR Client problems, now they don't have. 3) They are too busy. 4) This topic will be forgotten in 1-2 months as many others. (no time to search for examples now) Hovewer, they have some thoughts about sorting. My thougts on sorting: Make 2 dropdown menus: 1. Official + CnCNet approved maps / Custom maps 2. Game modes [most game modes doesn't work properly, seems they were made by someone who never played ra2/yr] Menu 2 have all standard game modes for standard maps. Custom maps seems don't have any systematic at all. Generally all custom maps are quite randomly tagged. Whitelisted custom maps need editing of available game modes. + to standard game modes would be nice to see "survival" "mission" and "campagin" modes. For myself I made my personal map standards directed to maintaining of comparability maps CnCNet and vanilla game, reduction of frequently made mistakes even by experienced mapmakers, copyrights, modding and lots other things like description of game modes, preview pic standards. All maps i made and re-made are based on these standards. Sorting maps by author doesn't seem good for me. Here isn't anything special in this except author's nickname. And almost half of maps were made without any signature. First thing need to do, to remove duplicaded maps in maps DB, i saw some exactly same files there. Anyway this is a huge work.

This one who killed him must live forever and suffer all his life long. I played sometimes with him, but i know him since 2010 as a very kind and responsive guy, worthy of nice reverence. I had a great time playing with him. I'm not going to say much due to small experience in this kind of expressions. My apologies if something wrong. Few days ago I was thinking to go online and to see some old friends, and ZiGZaG too. Long ago I told him I'll visit him someday... Rest in peace Jonny!
