Error: game loads alone others come defeated!

Hello everyone,
I have a very funny problem here!

Whenever I join a game or create one myself, during loading, my game loads not the others then then game appears showing others defeated instantly! and it happens all the time ?
also during logging into the lobby I get this message: "couldn't look up your hostname" is it an error?!

plz help me thanks!
