Failed update - Update 9.3.1

I keep getting clientdx.exe and syringe.exe conflict constantly and there is a virus related message and now cant even run the game for a single thing, just able to open the game nothing further. I tried everything I could that I found in the forums, internet, AI and etc. I attach the error message itself directly. Can someone help me?
