i can't join the game and always pop up some notification at the beginning i start the client

so, when i start the game, a window pop up like this...

i tried to ignore it and try to join a game... but it seem i can't click "i'm ready"... i clicked it, but nothing happen.. other player still ask me to click it...

anyone can help me..? thx and sorry for the poor english...
