Kaboom error: HResult:[0x8007000E] - Help

Question

Had this error, reinstalled it seemed to go away temporarily and now its back.... anyone know how to fix this? 

I'm on Windows 10, I have 50 GB available on my SSD, 16 GBs of ram so i'm not out of any storage.

 

EDIT: I just reinstalled and restarted and it's working again... dunno why this happens though.
