the RA player number showing is not correct

Hi Administrator,  

 

I noticed that there are a few times recently , the player number showing in the game lobby is not normal, or we may say it's not correct. 

 

for example, at this moment,  when you go to https://cncnet.org/, you can see the player number showing in RA is 2 , the player number showing in Tiberrian sun is 2 , the total player in all of games is only 8 .           but  if we run the on line game, on the left above corner the total player number is 120, this doesn't match with the number 8 .  Honestly speaking,  even this 120 number awfully a low number as well because regularly this number supposed to be above 250 players total .   All these seems not weird which means something is wrong. 

 

this situation happened a few times recently,  but not always.   May I ask what is going on with the server?  Is sth broken about this ?
