hehe on dc uprising i like to do the same on that spawn. kill bridge, repair and garrison buildings. I like to be very conservative with my ore because it will run out. I build purifier straight away so i can have maximum efficiency, dont even bother scouting the map, make spy sat. make max 2 refs and 4/5 miner on the island. Then before you run out of ore on the island try to take some from the mid aswell if you can. Dont make mutliple wars, sell ur refs, purifier and powerplants (and miners in ra2) after ore is depleted. Then spend ur money wisely, you should not be worried about getting attacked too much because the bridge is easy to defend. Let the other players kill eachother for the depleting ore and run over whoever is left with all you got .

Cant say i think its the best 1v1 map but surely its a great map and much better then the one dimensional blood feud and dune patrol.

whenever i play yr like 1 out of 3 games i wont connect to other people. when the loading screen comes up i dont see them loading and they wont see me loading. it seems like it is not a common problem amongst many players because when i say: "ye dident connect, happens sometimes" everyone else is like no?. my connection is good that is not the problem, when i play games in gr or xwis i also connect without problem.

never argue with an idiot. they will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

generally speaking, most players are not committed enough to make a tournament a succes

God arguing with you is useless. You are simply too dumb to comprehend your own stupidity. Gonna stop before you drag me down to your level and beat me with experience. -

GN can't mutate 100 infantry at once. =] Try again with a more realistic number. Besides that, Chrono Commando is not a realistic unit to be talking about AvY. In fact, unless you're a cheater it's not possible, at all. So what's your point? And again some debunkage: Psi Commando is 1000 $ not 2000 $ as you claim. Arguing against two noobs who don't even know how to play RA2/YR. a1nthony (#63 26 / 26 285p): http://xwis.net/ra2/pl/a1nthony/ heldro (#78 34 / 36 253p): http://xwis.net/ra2/pl/orcaninja/ Yes, I, personally, do like to play Soviet. Why? Because I prefer the extra challenge it gives me playing against Allied (#13 18 / 3 493p): http://xwis.net/ra2/pl/siralex/ Actually hurts my head arguing against 2 complete and utter noobs who never actually beat me in a single game? Its as realistic as 9 flack tracks full of yuri. Mutator cant mutate 100 infantry? then What is the max? Because the mutator range is pretty big and infantry don't take up alot of space. Was never talking about psi commando. Sure you are beter as me, but beat you enough times, hence why you engied my mcv as you were about to lose last game we played. -

What about mutator mutating 100 chrono commando's. 200.000 dmg at once. OP -

Nice correction. Where did you state 6k? Your previous post says 12k, moron. Although, in practice you won't ever even make 6k that way. If you're really lucky maybe 2k. Do you know how much damage a Chronosphere can do? Yes, the Allied Chronosphere can do 54000 $ of damage at once. Talk about OP. I bet you calculated 9 flack track full of sovs most expensive unit (yuri) chrono'd in the water. You actually forgot the cost of the flack tracks. So its 58500 dmg at once!! Its really anoying indeed. Happens all the time to me. -
Do it! You can take over the nuke's with engi's.
-
If you go to the right side at the start of the mission you can find some gi's and maybe a crate. If you break the wall at the left side of the first soviet base and move a little further there was also something there, think it were crates not sure. And then you have the cows close to the spawn. And like xem pointed out there are some tanks(&gi's?) behind a fence under the last nuclear missile. Always liked to explore the entire maps in singleplayer to find all secrets
-
you can also takeover the first soviet base with engies which can be found at the right side of that base

Goodbye good people of YR. I'm moving on to bigger things.

If you cant prioritize your tasks and just play this game when you find time for it but instead reject your friends&family school&work because you are bussy playing this game i guess you must have developed a real addiction for this game. Statistics show that 96% of the ppl who pronounce to the world they are going to retire from a game in similar fashion because they cannot restrain themselves crawl back within 4 months. So goodluck with not comming back and your personal life i guess lol. -
some nice games really.

miners kill drone in 1 shot instead of 2 in ra2. conscripts are stronger aswell right? i also heard someone say desolators have more hp in yr but im not too sure about that

When you just click enemy tanks they will all target the same tank (not efficiënt) and then stand still on their position. if you attack move with a large group of mirages they individually shoot the target closest to them and they will continue moving untill they are in range of a target again. Try this go play a brutal enemy place 15 prism tanks in front of the computers base attack move to the other side of the base ????? profit!
-
usually playing allied vs soviet i have more losses as kills even if i win. allied tanks are cheapers so they will make and loose more. and you will have alot of losses because of paradrop.
-
Yes, players will try to get more tanks into shooting range as their opponents tanks, thus dealing more damage. this can be done by moving in on weak spots on their opponents tank configuration. for example when a few tanks are moving behind the tankgroup or tanks are moving in a line, you move on them with your grouped tanks and pick off some easy kills. you can also move in on your enemy tanks if you have your dogs positioned in front of your dogs so that the opponent tanks will autotarget your dogs while you target his tanks. if you are playing soviet vs allied you should remember the soviet rhino tanks have more range as the allied grizzly tanks. the soviet player will try to take advantage of this by moving his tanks just close enough to the allied tanks to take advantage of this extra range. the allied player usually will try to quickly overrun and surround the rhino's since they usually have more tanks. by doing this the allied player can get all his tanks into range and the soviet tanks turrents move slower. so if grizzly's are surrounding rhino's the soviet player will get less shots off as the grizzly's. this also brings me to answering your question about chasing tanks. if the allied player will try to overwhelm the rhino tank group like i just explained the soviet player will try to run in time so the grizzly's have to chase the rhino's, since the rhino has more range it will get more shots off as the grizzly's, so chasing rhino's with grizzly's is almost always a bad idea. rhino chasing rhino and grizzly chasing grizzly is better for the chasing tanks since they dont need to rotate their turrets. mirages chasing rhino's also have an advantage since they have more range as rhino's hope this answers your questions

what kind of maps are you playing? if you are playing official maps with default settings (10k credits, no units, no crates) then you have alot to learn and you can really improve if you get the hang. you need to learn how to manage your economy, how to take control of the map, what you spend your money on, and to control your tanks. if you are playing modded or custom maps with shitload of money there is not alot of skill involved and you just need to build more and faster as your opponent does. If you decide to play official maps, congrats, you will learn from watching replays like many people here said. note that the replays from xwis forums are ra2 replays but its not too different from yr. there are also alot of topics on the xwis forums about proper build orders, tank control and economy management etc. http://xwis.net/forums/index.php/forum/28-strategy-and-tactics/

as allied: attack the bf with rocketeers, the bf will auto shoot on the rocketeers but they wont take alot of damage from the bf. then you move in your mirage tanks or just grizzly tanks to take down the bf. if you are at your base and a bf is comming close you can just place a pillbox or prism tower. same thing here, the bf will auto shoot your base defence and it wont take alot of damage. as soviet its a little harder, you have to "catch" the bf as it is comming towards your tanks and its close enough you attack it with 6 +/- rhino tanks. the bf is slow in turning and slow in moving so if you time it correctly you should be able to kill it without losing to many tanks. make sure you dont click the bf directly but give your tanks a move order behind the bf. they will auto shoot it when they are near, if you make the mistake to click the bf directly they will stay behind the bf and they keep getting out of range.
