Version 6.1 (or 6.0?) crashes instantly

Yuri's Revenge has crashed. Error message:

Method not found: "Void

Rampastring.TOols.IniFIle.set_Encoding(System.Text.Encoding)'.

 

 

I'm on a Japanese versioned Windows 10, I guess. Used to work fine all up until today's release.

Nevermind, I uninstalled Yuri and Cncnet and reinstalled both and it seems fine now.

Can you confirm if you're on 6.1 and this still doesn't happen?

after 6.1 update. i cant play LAN. same problem
