Client not working fine.

Hi,

I'm having issues with my client. It was working fine, but for some reason it isn't allowing me now to continue with the games because it keeps crashing. Also, it isn't adding any 'underscores' next to my name, but is only bringing me back to the lobby.

Any advise on this, please?

Is there any error message when it's crashing? Can you show us a screenshot?

 

Also, what nickname are you using?

It's the same screen that is visible to us, when someone 'rage quit'.

Are you sure you're playing Red Alert? Because I can't find any red alert player with such a name. Or is it Yuri's Revenge?

This has been resolved. I had to reinstall the client.
