Update 8.11.0

So After the update from 8.10.2 to 8.11.0 the client instantly crashes on my machine. All other updates have been working fine. No Os/system/drive updates have been installed. Nothing changed except the update. I cant Upload the crash logs because they never get created. Im running windows 7 Ultimate 64bit Build 7600

However the crash is logged in event viewer.

There was an update to fix windows 7 CnCNet users crashing recently, I would download the latest installer and try again.
