Unable to Register Quick Match Account Server Issue

Hi, have been unable to register my quick match account after several attempts, I get the same error every time. Bad gateway Error code 502. Please help. Thank you.

1. The email you're trying to signing up with. 
2. Go to: https://ladder.cncnet.org/auth/register - Take a screenshot of the form.
3. Press F12, and take a screenshot of the console tab.
