New loading screen for resolution 1920x1080 and Giants sidebar 2023

In the Giants link you will have TIBSUN.MIX and Expand00.mix files for both GDI and Nod loading screens that comes with Giants Super PRO's score screen for YouTube channel. 
Grab them from the Giants link and sidec01.mixsidec02.mix (make sure you Backup the original files in case you want to switch them back)

- Put TIBSUN.MIX in your root game folder (will add some images) and Expand00.mix , sidec01.mix and sidec02.mix in MIX folder.
