Tiberian Sun installation error

I've just downloaded TSinstaller and it keeps generating an error: CreateProcess failed: code 1392 (screenshot attached).

Anyone with suggestions to fix this?

Machine is an Asus Rog

Windows 10 - 64bit.

I've already tried disabling firewall and anti virus/malware.

Hey, seems like extras.exe got corrupted during the download.

Have you tried going to C:\Games\CnCNet\SUN and seeing if extras.exe is there? If it is delete the entire directory (SUN) and try the installer again.
