Aro Posted December 9, 2007 Posted December 9, 2007 I'm pretty sure the majority of you know me already. But heck, here we go: Hey, The names Aro (Realife Nickname). I got my name cause of my initials, which are, A.R.O, simple really, don't you think? Anyway, My main skill is mapping and campaign work, I map for RA2 / YR, TS / FS and even a bit of Generals / Zero hour. If anyone would like me to do a campaign for them or something, then be sure to let me know, i've got alot of spare time now-a-days, so i'd rather not be bored, y'know? If you would like proof of my skills, I can send you some of my stuff, but only if you ask me to. Anyhow, Yeah, i'm also good with coding. I'm currently working on a mod campaign called, Twisted Insurrection for Tiberian Sun: Firestorm, the forum can be found on PPM.

Actually I've met N3tRunn3r and have been having fun on online Red Alert with him since then. We play a lot. As for me.. I've been a gamer for a long time and I also love westwood games.. and many many more I play nearly all genres.. probably with the exception of tycoons.. It is nice to be here.

I am a Dutchie admin of cncvisuals (http://www.cncvisuals.com) just opend that ive also owned cncstorage and cncgamingsource. and those projects were comebind and after crashing 3 times and loosing over 2000 members I gave up. And now a new year has started and I've started cnc visuals. ~ Hope to see more of you people

My big task is coding full featured Westwood Online server. At this moment we have coded support for all WOL supported games (Command & Conquer, Red Alert 1, RA2, Yuris Revenge, Renegade, Tiberian Sun/Firestorm, Emperor, Dune 2000, NOX/Quest) and also clans,buddys. Right now Im completing Ladders protocol backend - that is point where I want to ask you for support. I need to find how is counted "points" in WOL ladders. We will probalby need to get this from XWIS servers but it need to play for long time and Im bussy. Also if anyone will want to make testing/bug reporting PvPGN, I will be gladly. About PvPGN - PvPGN is open-souce gaming sever emulator coded in C/C++ programing language. It is multi-plaform so you can run it on BSD/nix/WIN systems. Maybe you can run it for your nice comunity? If you want to test one of servers which running PvPGN with WOL support, connect to Enderzone sever IP: 208.100.53.40 Regards Pelish
