Is there a way to create a "Tiberian Sun Client" styled client for Yuri's Revenge? I really enjoy how the Tiberian Sun Client had a dedicated INI folder with rules, art, etc for easy editing. I see the DTA Client github, but I'm unfortunately not experienced in what's going on there.

I'm aware of the Yuri's Revenge CnCNet client, but that one doesn't seem easily moddable, since it needs to read from spawner.xdp, rather than rules.ini. I hope my question makes sense--I'll 100% clarify if needed.
