  1. Yes, some of the infantry in the game suck, but not all. Some are downright op though, like the desolater
  2. Yes! The YR discord is a good place to set up games too! It's a great community! https://discord.gg/4Ve25mM
  3. I rarely ever agreed with him on things, but I still had reverence for the guy. We had some great games back in the Skype days. PS, I won our last 1v1. Retire as champion. LOL I'm playing guys, don't crucify me please!
  4. Terrorist IFVs do indeed deal more damage. It's in the rules.ini
  5. I wasn't aware he started on cncnet. I'll have to agree if that's the case.
  6. The most skilled cncnet player that I've seen is CekaJ. Everyone else started on other servers.
  7. That happens to the YouTubers and streamers. Using an alias is a good idea.
  8. I kinda liked the large selection, though I can understand why some newer or returning players wouldn't like the huge list.
  9. I thought it came down to just those units when you first mentioned it
  10. It's all good. A lot of players used Skype before, but Skype is difficult in getting group.calls going. It's more of a 1 on1 call program. Discord is group oriented. Take a look. Give it a shot. https://discord.gg/4Ve25mM
  11. Discord is better for community imo
  12. It's the guy with enhanced abilites that stops villains in New York from fulfilling their evil schemes!
  13. I agree with this. RA3 would be a fun addition.
  14. Why would I say that to him and not everyone else? All have been misusing the word. Bryan's is the one that is technically most true due to what I mentioned above.
  15. Yes, I'm aware of how this community uses the word "pro." They use it to describe veteran and/or skilled players. That doesn't make it the official definition of the word, so therefore him using it doesn't matter. Why don't the cncnet players simply use the word skilled instead of pro? If the confusion and lack of clarity is that overbearing for you, use a word that can't be used mistakenly.
  16. Ok, so you're going to establish an alternative definition of the word professional? If that's the case, then it still doesn't bolster your point. Because if we're going to use two definitions, then one cannot be chastised for using a definition that you're not using. How do you know it's out of context? How do you know which definition they're referring to? Not a great stance to take my dude.
  17. I don't know what beef you two have with each other, but harassing him here isn't going to help quell anything. PM him for an apology, or simply move on. Be like Billy Joel, don't start the fire.
  18. Yeah bullshit lol. I'm reading this clearly. This started because kikematamitos complained about Bryan calling himself pro. Then you chimed him talking shit. This wasn't initially about copyright infringement. Go back a page and reread this garbage you two have been spewing. You can post what you want, yes. Plus it's silly to say that he's misusing the word pro. Hypocritical in fact, because nobody here uses the word "professional" properly. Nobody in the cncnet community is a professional. In fact, Bryan would in fact be the most "professional" by definition since he makes consistent money off his playing of the game. Same goes for you Kikematamitos.
  19. The irony in all this is that he's just posting his videos to share, and Kike along with Martin are just here exposing their own sourness and negativity. Heads up @Kikematamitos and @FReQuEnZy, it's against the forum rules to harass people. There's nothing wrong with sharing content.
  20. They can be logged in to the lobby and tab to the stream. I've done that on many occasions.
  21. Yeah, I was suggesting that his content has been most prominent in attracting players. Pioneering wasn't the best word to use in that context, apologies for the confusion.
  22. Idk, his videos are quite pioneering for the RA2 cncnet community.
  23. I didn't notice the end of the month bit when you initially suggested it. I should have. You're right, it all depends on the admins in the end. Don't forget, this poll was just a way to get your way so whatever results come out won't really matter. I'd still say to leave the poll open to further collect information on how the community feels about it.
  24. True, I agreed with it. The thing about gathering data through poll you still don't seem to understand, is that it's inconclusive with such a small sample. 11-9 is weak. I hope that your next poll isn't done so poorly or I'll probably not take them seriously.
