LOL now you guys see how difficult it is to organize a tournament....and thats only half of it...the other half is completing it....I have a few more gray hairs after Prep and I finally got the 2v2 completed. No offence to Zigzag (cause i love him) but his tournament was suppose to complete in February and here we are in May with no end in sight. I want to eventually do another 1v1, but in my opinion the best way to get anything done is by money...real money. like maybe a 500$ purse for top 3 spots with minimum 25 people signed up... this would entice some of the big names that rarely if at all play on CNC... But Gunman is also correct... the "pros" know who is who in the world of YR bigdogs.=)

LOL! JSDS you are too funny There are no "clans" in YR as there is no clan support/clan ladder as of yet. Any "clan" name on YR means nothing until then. So there is no way to know on YR until if/there is clan support... I'm sure a number of people would form clans once they were incorporated into the game. Roughly 250-300 people play YR here, So realistically i would expect to see 15-20 clans potentially if the support was there.

Country Swing for nostalgic reasons...back in WOL days CS was played more than any other map for 2v2 clan matches. It was there I spent many late nights with some of the best friends I ever had on the interent.

So then let this all not be for nothing...Someone get on the drums, someone on bass, someone on guitar, maybe a keyboardist......the fat lady start signing, and lets rock the house=)

I may be wrong but i don't think it's about naming a price nor do i think any of the admins will lay out a "i will do this or that for x amount of money" I think what ever people are verbally committing, than let their word be their bond when the time comes. I'm sure it provides some incentive to those working on this but it has never been their driving force.

I think its awesome that we even have multiple admins collaborating on the same topic along with the interest of the community and willingness to support/reward the admins for their work/efforts. In many countries this could be considered PrOgReSS The people have spoken!! And there money has been heard!!!! (i mean voices) lol ...whatever it takes....you guys volunteer enough. There's nothing wrong with making a little scratch for your time.=) It's about time people are coming together on this with hope and anticipation.

You say a quickmatch client is a must. But i'm hearing we dont have a way to aquire a quickmatch client. So it sounds to me like this is a hurdle we cannot get over. Basically for 2 years this has had a "not looking good" feel to it.. i think people just want a definitive answer...even if the answer is that a proper ladder is not possible. I dont know enough about the coding/programming side of things to even make educated guesses as to what needs or not to happen. I only need to know if there's something the community can do financially to aid the progress of this, or if it simply cannot and will not be done. In other words..."give it to me straight Doc"

Justin is about a big of a asshole as there is in the world....but he is my friend and I do have to say that his Allied play is very good, especially when he actually tries. Of course if he is not playing well he will tell you he's not trying lol so let the beholder form his own perspective. But yes he is very good and primarily Allied so he gets my nod. ps...he has no patience to vs Yuri but a non yuri tourny (1v1) would be interesting to see how his Allies truly hold up. Sunny (Rival) Is a very good allied player as well with the difference imho being that Sunny will Allied camp you to death while Justin looks for the early TKO. =)

Im gonna say Buffalo even though he dont play allies alot....he is the best 1v1 player on cncnet period....Marko dont play here and until someone that plays here half way regularly can beat him in a series, he get's the tip of my hat.

And now for a traffic update....the 6 lane H2H expressway is backed up for days and barely at a crawl. However the Jesus pike is clear and wide open even though it is only 1 lane.

and as far as clanmates...there's no clans on cncnet yr...AuFRuLeR has been my nick since WOL, you know that. So unless there is ever a good reason to have a "clan" tag...I'm removing the [AuF] from my name....When i was leader back when there were hundreds of clans, i never allowed in- fighting...especially in-fighting gone public. So for me to have nothing to do with all this nonsense...the easiest thing for me to do is say there is no [AuF] at this time from now on till further notice.
