Red Alert 2 Connection Problem/file error

Whenever I enter a game in a server there is an indication in the prompt that says that my game files are different than those of the host.  I've wiped all associated files and reinstalled same problem.  I bought and downloaded the game from origins making no modifications downloaded the client and updated.  I'm able to start the game but at the loading screen it simply shows my loading bar full and all of the other players have nothing in the loading bars and then I get into map I win an insta-victory.   

What's wrong?
